This story has a twist.My Question is why wasn't this turned in by the Adult teachers who witnessed it in 2010.They continued to let him teach to prey on other boys until 2012.
To me this is wrong if these teachers

In 2011, police said, Todorich created a Facebook profile portraying himself as a 16-year-old boy living in Phoenix and began having online conversations with a different boy under 15 years of age, court documents state.
After the boy told Todorich he was younger than 15, Todorich solicited him for sexual acts on May 25, 2011, and May 26, 2011.
In May 2012, the boy's mother found the conversations on her son's Facebook page and called police,

Phoenix, was indicted Monday on one count of molestation of a child and two counts of luring a minor for sexual exploitation, court records show. He is being held without bond because molestation of a child under 15 years old he is not allowed bail as of right now. His arraignment is scheduled for today.

Wow.....no one questions why the school didn't fire him after the first accusation in 2010? Elementary school kids typically don't lie about that stuff, they don't have that capacity or connection yet.. The school could have gotten rid of him in other ways...performance etc. The risk they took, well, now they see the result. One has to work backwards in life to get to the initial causes, roots and problems.
