This is dedicated to all the people who,
are afflicted by- Cancer, Pain, and all the disease's
that effect us daily. and your never alone.

We often hide this word tightly in our minds.
As with life we all will struggle.
Some we can overcome some will still linger.
I know it overwhelms us all,
But please continue to have hope.
Hope can be magical when you truly believe in it.
I know that it keeps us strong,
 in giving and recieving hope.
So the next time you feel there is no way out.
Close your eyes and say this 4- Letter word.

Red, White, Blue

The Flags were flying so freely in the wind.
We will not be weakened nor will we bend.
For our Country speaks freedom, and the
words are still true.
Its her colors we remember, her beauty
of Red, White, and Blue.
As night time comes our skies turn dark.

Lighting it up with a million little sparks.

We watch with amaze and the words

are still true
Fly high with your beauty, with colors

A Mother's Love

This is Dedicated to my Mother, and My Children.

There are times when only a Mother's love
Can understand our tears,
And with her touch,
she can calm all of our fears.

Her special hugs they heal our hurt.
We also share the joy we feel
When something we've dreamed about
Quite suddenly is real.

There are times when only a Mother's faith
Can help us on life's way
And inspire in us the confidence
We need from day to day.

Without you i would be lost,
and wandering aimlessly,
You showed me the way to serve,
to accomplish and persevere.

Without you,
there would be an empty space,
i could never fill.
Instead, because of you,
I have joy, satisfaction and peace.

Always be yourself.

Everyone can tell you, you're doing it wrong.
So in a world where you can be anything,
just be Yourself and Strong.

Each of us represents something that matters.
Yes we can be dull and sometimes we sparkle.
Its like our world that turns from Gray to Blue.
I say just be yourself thats what makes you True.
People think it's holding on that makes you stronger,
but sometimes it's letting go.

Stand up for what you believe in,
Every new day is another chance to change your life,
or someone elses.
Remember you are the keeper of your Soul.
That is one thing that cannot change you or me,
When you rise above and walk your own path,
for i believe that is what makes us unique.

Like the sky opens after a rainy day,
we must be open to ourselves.
Learn to love yourself for who you are,

Restless Soul.

I'm a restless soul waiting to soar high above the clouds
i want to see the world.
Do i like what i see and what will i be.
Like a restless Dove she follows her dreams,
I wander through life so aimlessly.
I decided i just want to be me.

I go my own path to see where i go
my dreams no more shattered i call
them my own.
The hurt from the world it causes me pain.
I feel to restricted my minds going insane.
So now i fly higher trying not to be seen.
For my soul will be happy and my Life will
be Free.

 

I just want to Fly, To escape from the world.

These words are hard for me to say.

Something was lost along the way.

Even today when i laugh and cry

is was you who knew the reasons why.

I miss you everyday, Even more in my nights.

I try to talk to you, When we turn out the Lights.

Alzheimers

I once was a  Mother, of two children i had.
My Love was unconditional we never felt sad.
I held there heads up when they needed to cry.
Now as i age there lives pass me by.

My children soon notice how much i forget.
I tell my two children im not giving up yet.
Soon you will see your names i will call.
then you will say Mom! you remembered it all.


Still lost and confused there decisions
done made, no memories i have of where
i will stay. They packed me a bag to start
out my day. Mom you have Alzheimers
we sent you away.


Now years have done passed i wait
everyday, Please come my dear Children
i got something to say.
I wont forget and promise not to roam,
Please my dear children i just want to
go Home.

 

This is Dedicated to all the Mothers who could not speak. I will speak for you.

The Disease

It watches us while we sleep,
Following us day by day.
Stays in our minds as we silently think,
No where to run it does not escape.
The pills they feed me i no longer take.
I want to sleep and never awake.

Darkness please tell me, where do i go?
Please tell me my mind  how to let go.
This disease it a mad aggression, It
goes by a name it's called Depression.

I wake up no more with pains or regrets,
we all walk around as if we all met.
Today is the day i turned off the Light.

I'm still all alone i gave up my Fight.

I Pledge The?.

A Beauty to see as she always Flys high.
Her colors they wave of the Red, White, and Blue.
The words she stands for, they forever ring True.

I lift my right hand and place on my chest, I say
the words loudly the way i know best.
I hear all the mumbles that surround my ears.
My eyes they swell up from wiping my tears.

Now place your right hand upon your chest.
Repeat these words, I Pleadge the Allegiance,
now what is the rest.

I now look around to what i should know.
Her beauty i remember but the
her words i forgot so.
Why does her Beauty
always fly high, Have we as Americans
forgot the reasons, "WHY"

Lost in Love

When love is lost, do not bow your head in sadness.
Instead keep your head up high and gaze into heavens.
I believe that is where broken hearts are sent to be healed.
Relationships are like glass.......
Sometimes it's better to leave them broken,
than try to cut yourself putting it back together.
Though its strange to say, it makes you a better person.
Because, next time you get to be in charge of your Heart.
Choose your Path and how your life is to be lived.
Then you get to decide.......
Who you will Love, and Who can Love you.

Love no Abuse

 

Life is to short to wake and live
with regrets.No woman ever hates
a man for being in love with her,
but many woman hate a man for being
her abuser.

Raping your women make you feel Big.

To think that your owed for us

to comply, you now come to realize

that your world had just Died.

I wanted to Love you now all i feel

is hate, your useless trash your not

worth the wait.The abused you took

out on the ones that you

Loved, Your now all alone and no

where to go, You now rot in a

place of shame, knowing were

all done with your Games.

So my advice is to all who will see,

Love is never what you want it to be.

If for change it changes your Life,

Love them forever and never think

twice.Never mistake Love for abuse,

For Love is a Challenge not to misuse.

Super Bug

Well its got ahold of me now its been day Three.
I cant eat or sleep it comes without making a peep.
I want to fight it but do not know how, I figured it out
the dam thing is stopping now.

No more will you get under my skin, I'm frail and weak
its trying to win. I lay in my bed its attacking my skin.
I fight this hectic thing with all i got, Now at the office
went to the Doc and took the damm Shot.

Its that time of Year we all will fear when that "Super Bug"
comes attacking this Year. So hears some advice coming
your way,  watch out all because he's here to Stay

Everyone's War

I see it all day as it Lights up our Skies. Five Fighter Jets
come flying by. Our people in hiding from constant Scare
where do we go there's fighting everywhere. We hold
our dear Babies and run for our lives the fighting
continues how can we survive. The people gave
you Power or was it for Fame, Tell me our Leader
why do we feel shamed. Were still in a Battle
you gave a no choice, Our people surround you
start using there voice.Why cant you step down
with no further terror, We need a new Leader
with no anger to spare. His war only teaches us to Love
our Enemies but to hate our allies. Why tell us its
Victory if our War never ends. Our countries need
each other to help and defend ,  But the way that i see
it our War will never End.

I've Got a Secret

If i came to you with a secret , What would you do?.
Yes i have Cancer or maybe im Gay.
Ive been sleeping around on my husband i have
been since mid May. Maybe i just want to tell you
i will kill myself Today. Now that ive told you my secret
who will you tell ? and what will you do ?.
Would you tell my Husband of 15 years Married.
Maybe his wife that is bed ridden with a disease.
Would you tell my Son and Daughter the truth.
That the secret i told you was meant for me and you.
I was hurting inside and wanted to die because
i told my Friends secret and found out it they
were just Lies.
Now if these are true and i only told you , now
tell me my best Friend What will you Do ?.
How can we expect others to keep our secret
if we have not been able to keep it to ourselves.
I believe if the secret means Death and your there
to console, the secret should be told to our Families
thats Close.

Lost Family's

Never underestimate the power of family.Sometimes it's just a small gathering around a camp fire.The stories we share about old and new times are the stories we can share with the next generation to laugh and cry with.This would be a sad world without the Presents of Family.

Now tell me why it seems like  family gets together only for a funeral. Is it because we choose to go our own way or theres not enough hours in a day.They say death brings a Family closer now all i see is distance that can't be repaired.Then when the time comes for Family reuions you often hear people say.

Who are you?.

Why did we never meet ? 

Answer is none of us took the time. We also as family have built a wall that keeps us at a distance.

  

My life is complete with the Love and Laughter i share with my family even at a gathering for a funeral to me thats called support.To me as a Mother,Wife, Grandmother, Family is what holds the key to our Future so i say know your Family, there always a part of you.They are the Keys to our Past ,

The stories for our next Generations.

My Children Never Doubt

There are times in my Life where i doubt alot of things from my Past and Future.
I love my children but inside myself is a place where I live all alone.
There are times when i wanted to run away.
So i need my children to know and treasure the values
i have always instilled upon them.
I will consider my life has been worth living
and they have always been my Destiny.

 So i want to say to them, For all the times i didnt listen.
" My ears will always hear you"
If there was a time i didnt Hug you.
" My arms are always open for you "
If there ever was a time i didnt tell you i Love you.
 "I Loved you then, i still Love you Forever"
A Mothers Love should never be challenged
 for her Childrens or by her Children.

So my Children please always remember this.
I as your Mother will always be with you.
I will be the whisper you hear in the dead of the night.
I will be the hug you feel from a gust of wind.
I will be the sun shinning on your face
to always make you smile.

Remember my Children.
I as your Mother live always inside your laughter
and to catch all your teardrops, nothing on earth can
separate you from me.
Not time, not space not even death!

Fear of Failure

It is scary to fear what is ahead for us in our future.
I for one fear failure but i do not limit myself.
Failure is my opportunity to make it right.
I say for all who Dream that goal,
it is always in your reach.It takes you to make it happen.
Learning from our mistakes is what makes us
who we have become today, a better person
for trying.Standup today and say I am not a failure
i will keep trying, yes i will fall down more then once,
but i will get up and keep trying
for i know i will succeed because failure is not my option.
Live your Dream make it happen for then you
can stand up and say i made it and did not stop trying
because i am a Successor.

No One but You

No one saves us but ourselves.
No one can and no one has the right.
We ourselves must walk the path.
Do not go where the path may lead,
go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.
If you're walking down the right path and you're
willing to keep walking, eventually you'll make progress.
The thing is its your path and your choice.
So only you have the choice to choose your own destiny.

Withered Love

The most beautiful things in life are worth searching for.
When found open up and hold it close.
Do not let it darken like the petals of a Withered Rose.
If you cannot love it then water it and watch its Beauty.
His Love will brush softly against your skin.
His whisper you will hear in the dark of the night.
Then you see a light at the end of the path.
Then you hear a voice saying , I Love you,
and nothing else matters because you are worth Loving.
