What age is considered Sexual Child Abuse???.

What age is considered Sexual Child Abuse???.

Well I can't even image my 12 yr old child pregnant. This seems to be an epidemic here in Arkansas. 

Please explain to me how this cannot be considered sexual  child abuse on a parents part. 

The mother let the 17 yr old boyfriend move in when he was 16 and he began sleeping with her daughter at age 11. 

I remember at that age I was playing jacks and jump rope.

Should the mother and boy be charged. Well a judge decided the boy is considered  a minor and the mom allowed them to have sex so he could not find charges for child sexual abuse.To me this is just wrong in every-way. Now the boy has moved out to shun his responsibilities and is now with a 14 yr old. 

What in the hell I think the boy should be held responsible for his actions and the mother should have been charged with child endangerment.

As parents we try to provide our children with the nurturing, love and support that they will need to grow in positive ways in life. Mothers infant son dies, Mother not charged.

On May, 3, 2012
Mrs. Hubbard a Teacher told police,
I just forgot he was in there."Wrong by all means" A child died because of a parents "Ignorance."

Here's the Police's statement.
"Police say that there was no sign of foul play, and called the child’s death a “tragic accident".

What kind of message does this send!!. That it's ok if your a "Teacher", That if you forget your child's in a hot car all day and the Child Die's, That you won't be "Charged" because you "Forgot".How can she be trusted with a Classroom of children when she Forgot her own Child.

Prosecutors say "No Charges",
We're filed in Death of a Lee Summit Missouri, Infant. Mother whose 13 month-old Infant was left to die in a hot car all Day by Mother who went to work, As a "Teacher". The Mother said she mistakenly Thought she dropped him off at Daycare.

According to police, 13-month-old Heath Hubbard was found unresponsive in his mother’s vehicle near S.W. Wintercreek and S.W. Winterpark Drive on May, 3rd, 2012. Police say that Mrs.Hubbard noticed that her son was unresponsive, and immediately pulled over and called 911 for help. Attempts by police and paramedics to save the child at the scene were unsuccessful.

West Memphis 3, To face another Hurdle.

I have been keeping updates on this story. A Lawsuit is to be filed involving, The West Memphis Three.
Here is one of Pam Hicks statements.

I'm a citizen of the United States of America.So I don't care if it cost all the money in the world. I'm a wounded soul from Arkansas," Pam Hicks said in April, I deserve the truth from Arkansas.
She is the mother of Stevie Branch, one of the three murdered West Memphis 8-year-old boys.

Thursday afternoon Action News 5 received an e-mail alerting us to a news conference scheduled for Friday morning in Marion, Arkansas. The only details said it involved the West Memphis Three and a lawsuit. We have learned it involves the mother of one of the murdered 8-year-old boys.

I knew that once they were freed.
This was not going away. Well here it is, The mother of one of the young murdered boys is filing a suit against the West Memphis 3.

I can't even begin to feel her pain.
I pray for all the families that suffered through this tragedy. The only thing the does bother me. The 3 men were released with a plea bargain saying there were guilty, even though none of the West Memphis 3 boys DNA was found at the scene of the crime, and the lawyers blotched the whole trial.
I hope they do find who the killer is so at least there will be closure
for all involved in this case.

The Woman I am.

I have been through my many obstacles in my life some bad some good and some that will forever stay with me.
As I begin to grow into a woman, I watched my Mother go through things that were imaginable.

I started writing at the age of 11, My reasons were to ask why? did these things happen to me or to anyone.
So as my mother took my hand and said, Daughter you can be anything nothing's impossible so go out and make your dreams come true and always remember, Speak the truth. Remember you do matter even if it's just for yourself.

Take the world in your hands and mold it into what you see possible.Today I am a women who, Helps the needy, Listened to the abused men and women, Hold a child when they feel unsafe. I will not let no one tell me it's impossible to help all.

All I can say is if i see the need I will always be there ,Not expecting anything in return because the Satifaction is seeing the "Hope" in there eyes. I "Dedicate my strength and "Goodness" to a great women that I'm proud to call my "Mother".

My Back Window

As I sit working at my back window,
I look out and see other people's back windows,
and it is quite impossible for me to help but notice
the interest in my neighbors.
There are many children in these houses,
i don't know none of their names.
The helpless baby who roars all day
for he is shaken, spanked, by a angry nanny
who treats him like a rag doll.
I pity that little neighbor,
and believe he wont stand it long
for I see him double up his tiny hands,
and swing away at nothing,
I sometimes wonder if our neighbors,
ever have an interest in us or our shady side,
something we don't show to the world.
If they love, pity, or condemn us?
What words do they speak,
Do they forget who may be watching
from their back windows,with clearer eyes.
Could it be a Women with a pen in her hand
who continues to write what she see's from her,
"Back Window".

Alzheimers

I once was a  Mother, of two children i had.
My Love was unconditional we never felt sad.
I held there heads up when they needed to cry.
Now as i age there lives pass me by.

My children soon notice how much i forget.
I tell my two children im not giving up yet.
Soon you will see your names i will call.
then you will say Mom! you remembered it all.


Still lost and confused there decisions
done made, no memories i have of where
i will stay. They packed me a bag to start
out my day. Mom you have Alzheimers
we sent you away.


Now years have done passed i wait
everyday, Please come my dear Children
i got something to say.
I wont forget and promise not to roam,
Please my dear children i just want to
go Home.

Lost Family's

Never underestimate the power of family.Sometimes it's just a small gathering around a camp fire.The stories we share about old and new times are the stories we can share with the next generation to laugh and cry with.This would be a sad world without the Presents of Family.

Now tell me why it seems like  family gets together only for a funeral. Is it because we choose to go our own way or theres not enough hours in a day.They say death brings a Family closer now all i see is distance that can't be repaired.Then when the time comes for Family reuions you often hear people say.

Who are you?.

Why did we never meet ? 

Answer is none of us took the time. We also as family have built a wall that keeps us at a distance.

  

My life is complete with the Love and Laughter i share with my family even at a gathering for a funeral to me thats called support.To me as a Mother,Wife, Grandmother, Family is what holds the key to our Future so i say know your Family, there always a part of you.They are the Keys to our Past ,

The stories for our next Generations.

My Children Never Doubt

There are times in my Life where i doubt alot of things from my Past and Future.
I love my children but inside myself is a place where I live all alone.
There are times when i wanted to run away.
So i need my children to know and treasure the values
i have always instilled upon them.
I will consider my life has been worth living
and they have always been my Destiny.

 So i want to say to them, For all the times i didnt listen.
" My ears will always hear you"
If there was a time i didnt Hug you.
" My arms are always open for you "
If there ever was a time i didnt tell you i Love you.
 "I Loved you then, i still Love you Forever"
A Mothers Love should never be challenged
 for her Childrens or by her Children.

So my Children please always remember this.
I as your Mother will always be with you.
I will be the whisper you hear in the dead of the night.
I will be the hug you feel from a gust of wind.
I will be the sun shinning on your face
to always make you smile.

Remember my Children.

Why are you here?

I sometimes question our presence here on earth and say.What is Life if you just have Death?  Well i pondered on this for awhile and here is what i have to say.

Take the time to be a child when you can, Be a daughter or son while you can .Be a mother or father while you can and grandparents whenyou can .What this means to me is take the time to call your son, daughter, mother and father and grandparents and ask them how there doing let them know you are here. Tell them thanks for being there for you.Because there is no greater love then family.The time you spend with them is the only time you get.Take the time while you can because to me that is what my presence on earth is for my Family.
