Life is difficult it's never meant to be an easy road for anyone because that's where life's lessons are learned. We may find gratification for our future. We should also accept it's our responsibility to own our own choices, dedicating ourselves  to seeking truth and balancing when we have life’s conflicts.

Remember your mind has the power to create and the power to destroy your happiness. It's not others in our lives that provide us with the answers. It's us who must decide if were happy, sad, pissed off, or just don't care what others think. 

Is this called selfishness or is it just life's lessons to learn by.

If you can find a way to discipline your "Mind" Only then you can learn to control your "Actions" When you can create positive thoughts only then can you be happy with your own "Destiny".

"Freedom of Happiness".

What we decide to do with our lives everyday will always be a challenge. Today I choose to live life to the fullest. In the mornings when you wake up you have a choice to Be happy, feel sad, be angry, Maybe depressed and have negative thoughts throughout the day.

I think every person needs to know that to feel the freedom that comes from living you must be able to continue to make mistakes and choices. Today is a good day to choose to feel life, not to deny it but embrace it. 

Be yourself everyday and in the end you will love who you have become. Because only then can you smile and be content to live your life and know the,

"Freedom of Happiness".

Happiness is your choice.

Let's start by remembering. For every minute your angry or irritated, you lose moments to be happy. Be happy. 

Be yourself. If others don’t like it, then

let them be. Life isn’t about pleasing everybody.

If you have the courage to admit when you’re scared, the ability to laugh even as you cry, the nerve to speak up, even if your voice is shaking, the confidence to ask for help when you need it, and the wisdom to take it when it’s offered, then you have everything you need to get yourself to a happier state of mind.

Begin today by taking responsibility
for your own contentment.

Will you have the answer ?.

When we feel lost in life and can't make a right decision, Do we just stop and get quiet?. Do we take a time-out?.We can ask ourselves? How does this feel?
My answer! Our lives would be very lonely. Sometimes we can fix this and other times we can't. I try not to listen to the should of's and could of's and try to go beyond
my expectations, and do what's best for my life.

So if we just listen and believe in our own abilities then all our answers lay ultimately within us, and only we can choose what to change in our lives. Mistakes will be made in our journeys through life.That's called one of life's lessons. Now when you reach that time in your life can I ask?.

White teammates place a noose around an African Americans neck.

" What do you think there Judgement should have been".

A Hazing incident occurred in Wynne, Ar, When a 9th grade African American student reported that a noose was placed around his neck by 2 of his White Football Teammates.
Lets just say you will be shocked by
The School Boards decision.
Also the Police departments decision.

The incident occurred last week and resulted in the suspension of 7 students. But a stiffer penalty, expulsion, was recommended by the Superintendent but required a vote by the school board. A lot of the outrage was because the board voted to expel two junior varsity players for the remainder of the Semester instead of expulsion for rest of the School year.

Alzheimers

I once was a  Mother, of two children i had.
My Love was unconditional we never felt sad.
I held there heads up when they needed to cry.
Now as i age there lives pass me by.

My children soon notice how much i forget.
I tell my two children im not giving up yet.
Soon you will see your names i will call.
then you will say Mom! you remembered it all.


Still lost and confused there decisions
done made, no memories i have of where
i will stay. They packed me a bag to start
out my day. Mom you have Alzheimers
we sent you away.


Now years have done passed i wait
everyday, Please come my dear Children
i got something to say.
I wont forget and promise not to roam,
Please my dear children i just want to
go Home.
