Wisdom is the abstract of the past, Beauty is a promise for future. We need to remember happiness can be hard for those who have cried. Those who have searched, and for those who have lost. Then after wondering if it exists we start to see that special spark of Hope and Happiness in there lives again.

This is when we can truly learn to appreciate and understand what living life again means. Always holding close the importance of the people who have touched our lives so deeply. As we grow older we  never lose our beauty our happiness for life. Sometimes we merely move it from our faces into our hearts.

We all have flaws, no one is perfect. Everyone has at least 1 or 2 bad qualities about themselves they don't like. I believe that’s the interesting thing about us we’re not perfect at all but I think that’s what makes us so amazing and unique. 

Look at yourself and say Hey!!! I do have more good qualities then bad, even though i may not see it, I can be a really good person at heart and I  care about people. I know I can learn to love myself as I am. "Because I'm amazing". 

I'm a person with my own thoughts, feelings, and dreams and I think that alone is something to be very proud of. I have compassion, Love and hope for all those around me. 

Yes I'm stingy at times, I speak my mind and I indulge a little to much sometimes. But always remember, You’re so much more then you think you are. Don’t you think that’s amazing?

The Monster that touches me.

Please if you know a child's be abused, Take the time to stop and help. If your a mother or father love your child and let them know you are there protector.

I sit on the bed Shivering from the pain. Because here in my home lives a Monster with a Name. I keep telling Mommy please don't leave me alone, because the monster he touches me lives in our Home.

I want to tell someone can you help me please i'm just a small child and the pain it doesn't ease.This Monster it tells me to stay on my knees. Come home my dear Mommy, and stop this Monster who keeps hurting me.There is no stoping so i know of one thing to do.

I find a Gun that is loaded to hide under my bed. I'm wait for the Monster to enter my Room. I pull it out as i'm on my knees, Killing the Monster that keeps hurting me.

I lift myself up from under the bed looking to see if the Monster is Dead. Look mommy this is the Monster I want you to see. He can no longer touch or hurt me. See Mommy I'm no longer afraid of being alone I had to protect myself because you we're never home.

Life's isn't about keeping score with society. It's not about your expensive clothes and shoes or how expensive was your car. Its not about the color of your skin or what part of the world you live in.

Life just isn't about you and who you are as a person. Life is also about who you love and hurt in the process. It's about how you feel about yourself as a person which consists of, Respect, trust, and compassion for others. Its also about building confidence in yourself and others.

Make life about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. Most of all life is about choosing to use your life
to touch someone else's life in a way that gives hope that could never have been possible otherwise. So I ask ?

When one must face change and direction in ourselves. We cannot expect others to do it for us it is our "Journey". Listen to your heart and let your soul and the voice within you guide you. We alone must walk this path even if it's alone and frightening.

Change is important to grow and to become the person you choose to be. When you start to make progress you will flourish and start to realize, You can do this and there's "Hope" for change

Bullied Teen Amanda Todd, Committed Suicide. Sept-10-2012, She leaves chilling video story by flash cards before she dies. Please watch this video, It's sad because now there listening after her death. Years of being bullied. The School beatings the teens recorded but no one stopped to help. Please notice the marks and use your insight.If someone just cared we would still have our life. So stop and think next time you call someone, "Fat" or "Pathetic" Or before you make them feel Isolated. Because suicide lives in them while they sleep. It follows them day by day.It stays in there minds as they silently think, No where to run, they cannot escape.There are no pills that we can take. We all want to sleep and never awake.

In today's society. I have to say in the past we had been bullied. We had a different way of dealing with it better.
It was not as common as today.

I am disgusted with the way girls and boys, Men and women, Moms & Dads, even Teachers use bullying in there very own lives and in school and never notice. Remember when you tell your daughter, If you keep eating like that you going to be a fat pig look at you now your ugly. Or son, grow up if you keep acting like a sissy no women will want or love you.

We all know there's heavy peer pressure at School, Sitting alone at the lunch table because your clothes don't match.Teacher puts you in the very back of classroom because your
"Slow" and the kids and Teachers think
that your stupid and you waste there time. The Coach won't let you play sports because you can't catch a Football.The Choir Teacher doesn't take you to Competitions because
you can't sing very good and they don't
want the School to be embarrassed.

Well I'm here to say, watch this video, then maybe next time you decide to bully someone who took there own life because you or no one else cared enough to notice or offer "Hope".

Beauty doesn't cover "Ugliness".

We are always amazed when people show there strong morals and hope. They take risks for the good of others. They offer us "Hope" and kindness when they feel a need to look fulfilled in others eyes.

What we don't often see is these people have a number of enemies
they have deceived in the past and present. People can be deceptive, they can be hidden in very different ways to fool us of there real identify lurking from within.

They present themselves as positive people, but are waiting to strip us of our own Identify of how we perceive people and our need for companionship
or friendship.

Yes it's good to be successful and humble and However, it becomes a problem when we become consumed with these character traits. We think they alone are the source of our acceptance of the people we allow in our Lives.

We believe the hidden things like, Beauty, Kindness and Acceptance are what the people in our lives should be like. but, Beauty doesn't cover "Ugliness".

I just want to be "Me".

I sit and look around and try not to crumble to my knees. I feel the need to be strong for all, I look around and think where is the strength that holds me up.

My strength is myself, It pushes me harder every day. For I look deep inside and say why must I always be strong. Am I not allowed to have weakness from within.

I feel the need to run and hide. Is there such a place where i feel I can be weak and cry. Where no one will judge me or try to use me.

It's not about Sex, relationships. It's aboutTalking, a shoulder to cry on and no one has to even talk let's just enjoy the silence.
I just want to be "Me".

The truth is, The harsh words are the words we say about ourselves. I really don't think people change. I think we do.
At the end of the day, we are who we are, and probably who were
always going to be.

The Woman I am.

I have been through my many obstacles in my life some bad some good and some that will forever stay with me.
As I begin to grow into a woman, I watched my Mother go through things that were imaginable.

I started writing at the age of 11, My reasons were to ask why? did these things happen to me or to anyone.
So as my mother took my hand and said, Daughter you can be anything nothing's impossible so go out and make your dreams come true and always remember, Speak the truth. Remember you do matter even if it's just for yourself.

Take the world in your hands and mold it into what you see possible.Today I am a women who, Helps the needy, Listened to the abused men and women, Hold a child when they feel unsafe. I will not let no one tell me it's impossible to help all.

All I can say is if i see the need I will always be there ,Not expecting anything in return because the Satifaction is seeing the "Hope" in there eyes. I "Dedicate my strength and "Goodness" to a great women that I'm proud to call my "Mother".

The Disease

It watches us while we sleep.
Following us day by day.
Stays in our minds as we silently think,
No where to run it does not escape.
The pills they feed me i no longer take.
I want to sleep and never wake.
Darkness please tell me, where do i go?

This disease its a mad aggression,
it goes by a name it's called Depression.
I wake up no more with pains or regrets,
