Life is difficult it's never meant to be an easy road for anyone because that's where life's lessons are learned. We may find gratification for our future. We should also accept it's our responsibility to own our own choices, dedicating ourselves  to seeking truth and balancing when we have life’s conflicts.

Remember your mind has the power to create and the power to destroy your happiness. It's not others in our lives that provide us with the answers. It's us who must decide if were happy, sad, pissed off, or just don't care what others think. 

Is this called selfishness or is it just life's lessons to learn by.

If you can find a way to discipline your "Mind" Only then you can learn to control your "Actions" When you can create positive thoughts only then can you be happy with your own "Destiny".

I define who I am.

I define who I am.

I define who I am, not by the names you call me. I'm not a size 4, I'm a size 20 but my curves are mine I own them.
No I'm not "Perfect" but I'm still beautiful in someone's eyes. I have a brilliant mind.
Full of silent "Words" I I'm full of "Passion" I love life and all the "Beauty" it offers me.

Beauty is defined by me.
Not by society.

I have felt pain, pity. and prejudice. But I'm still standing with my head held high. I will still walk among those who have felt and been treated as if they have no existence in this world. So I still speak these words again,
"I define who I am".

True Love

True love is hard to find, hard to hold onto, hard to forget. Everything about it is hard, but just thinking of the happy times erases them all.
True Love is waiting an eternity for one moment, one kiss, one smile. True Love is wanting anything and everything for that person, whether you can give it to them or not.
Love comes from the heart, but true love comes from the mind and soul.
Remember to Love hard and Long.

Always be yourself.

Everyone can tell you, you're doing it wrong.
So in a world where you can be anything,
just be Yourself and Strong.

Each of us represents something that matters.
Yes we can be dull and sometimes we sparkle.
Its like our world that turns from Gray to Blue.
I say just be yourself thats what makes you True.
People think it's holding on that makes you stronger,
but sometimes it's letting go.

Stand up for what you believe in,
Every new day is another chance to change your life,
or someone elses.
Remember you are the keeper of your Soul.
That is one thing that cannot change you or me,
When you rise above and walk your own path,
for i believe that is what makes us unique.

Like the sky opens after a rainy day,
we must be open to ourselves.
Learn to love yourself for who you are,

Alzheimers

I once was a  Mother, of two children i had.
My Love was unconditional we never felt sad.
I held there heads up when they needed to cry.
Now as i age there lives pass me by.

My children soon notice how much i forget.
I tell my two children im not giving up yet.
Soon you will see your names i will call.
then you will say Mom! you remembered it all.


Still lost and confused there decisions
done made, no memories i have of where
i will stay. They packed me a bag to start
out my day. Mom you have Alzheimers
we sent you away.


Now years have done passed i wait
everyday, Please come my dear Children
i got something to say.
I wont forget and promise not to roam,
Please my dear children i just want to
go Home.

 

This is Dedicated to all the Mothers who could not speak. I will speak for you.

Love no Abuse

 

Life is to short to wake and live
with regrets.No woman ever hates
a man for being in love with her,
but many woman hate a man for being
her abuser.

I'm ask to speak from my mind so

here i go i wont be kind.These

words come easy with a slip from

my tongue, I want to say i'm

finally Done.

Your a bigot male Chauvinist Pig.

Raping your women make you feel Big.

To think that your owed for us

to comply, you now come to realize

that your world had just Died.

I wanted to Love you now all i feel

is hate, your useless trash your not

worth the wait.The abused you took

out on the ones that you

Loved, Your now all alone and no

where to go, You now rot in a

place of shame, knowing were

all done with your Games.

So my advice is to all who will see,

Love is never what you want it to be.

If for change it changes your Life,

Love them forever and never think

twice.Never mistake Love for abuse,

For Love is a Challenge not to misuse.
