Forget me not.

The 4 corners of my mind they seem so dark. Where's one to go with no words to get out. The sounds that I hear their always near, living in darkness and a mind full of fear. 

Living with "Dementia".

I search to find the words but none is their to write to help me fight the darkness that's taking over my mind. 

I listen real closely to sounds I might understand. I sometimes feel a light touch from a lingering hand. I reach deeper in my mind trying to come to grips. See I have a mind where words no longer fit.

I think I've lost the battle where the darkness will win. The dementia's took over now no one can get in.

Be very careful if you make a woman cry, because god counts her tears.The woman came out of a man’s rib not from his feet to be walked on. Not from his head to be superior, but from his side to be equal. Under his arm to be protected, and next to his heart to be loved.

Love her, Love him. Cherish her Cherish him. Because if there still standing beside you then, He or She can always be your everything. Love can still exist, If you take the time to, Laugh together, Communicate don't control each other. Try to be Spontaneous, Finally be that person each other can lean on because,
"True love still "Exists".

Life is what you make of it.

Remember never stop caring for the little things in Life, We cant stop dreaming or give into failure. Continue to build bridges that leads to promising tomorrows.

Always try if not right the first time try again. Keep smiling as if you look forward to each new day, Most of all never stop shining in your own special way. Because all storms can clear, and your grayest sky can turn into the purest blue.

Make your "Tomorrows" better then your "Yesterday's because beauty is always within your reach, take it and make it yours and smile. Because nothings perfect until you want it to be.
Then in the end you glow with
The beauty that only you "Hold".

Overcome the "Storm" "Live" again.

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in Life. To look fear in the face but not run.
It sculptures who you have become today. Remember you can overcome the "Storm" to see the "Sunshine" ahead.

So if your going through a hard time, Pick yourself up and say,Today I will face all my "Fears Head" on.
If you take your eyes off your goals, all you see are obstacles.

Hold your head up "High" you have every right to. Tell yourself your a "Beautiful" person and believe in yourself. Know that you are worth Loving and giving Love back.

Make your "Life" your dreams and goals. Remember you deserve to be "Happy" because its your "CHOICE" your "Life"

My Back Window

As I sit working at my back window,
I look out and see other people's back windows,
and it is quite impossible for me to help but notice
the interest in my neighbors.
There are many children in these houses,
i don't know none of their names.
The helpless baby who roars all day
for he is shaken, spanked, by a angry nanny
who treats him like a rag doll.
I pity that little neighbor,
and believe he wont stand it long
for I see him double up his tiny hands,
and swing away at nothing,
I sometimes wonder if our neighbors,
ever have an interest in us or our shady side,
something we don't show to the world.
If they love, pity, or condemn us?
What words do they speak,
Do they forget who may be watching
from their back windows,with clearer eyes.
Could it be a Women with a pen in her hand
who continues to write what she see's from her,
"Back Window".

          

                       

Look out your back window and you will see the abuse.  

Always be yourself.

Everyone can tell you, you're doing it wrong.
So in a world where you can be anything,
just be Yourself and Strong.

Each of us represents something that matters.
Yes we can be dull and sometimes we sparkle.
Its like our world that turns from Gray to Blue.
I say just be yourself thats what makes you True.
People think it's holding on that makes you stronger,
but sometimes it's letting go.

Stand up for what you believe in,
Every new day is another chance to change your life,
or someone elses.
Remember you are the keeper of your Soul.
That is one thing that cannot change you or me,
When you rise above and walk your own path,
for i believe that is what makes us unique.

Like the sky opens after a rainy day,
we must be open to ourselves.
Learn to love yourself for who you are,
