My new life 7 days of freedom, are written below.

Their will be many times when our light will go out. As we stand their in the darkness we wonder is their any hope of seeing the light again. 

We then ask ourselves ? can it be rekindled by a spark from another person. Can the spark be from the love and respect you expect to see in your children. Or can it be within us to accept that we can not change the way our children or others feel about us. Nor can we change the hatred and violence that's sucking this world into a soulless nation.  

Loneliness can cause deep depression to set in. Yes we all can show it in different forms of our personalities but ask yourself ? What does your world hold for you. Mine is !!

Day 1. Stay positive and stop letting people in your life and around you, "Suck you in".

Day 2. Say and do what you mean. Your feelings didn't matter so why should theirs. 

Day 3. Start enjoying life and start doing the things you missed out on for so many years.

Day 4. Stop worrying and enjoy your days knowing that their are things and people you cannot change. 

Day 5. I come to realize that honestly and kindness is hard to find in today's world. Even when it's in your own family.

Day 6. I can say I'm honest. I help where it's needed. I'm a genuine person with the best intentions. 

Day 7. Live my life for me not for others. Enjoy each and every day knowing I am a person that will not be "Broken".

Fighting my inner Demons.

Fighting my inner Demons. 

We are all human. We have dark sides with deep issues in our lives. To move forward anywhere in life, We must face our demons. No one can do it for us or make them go away.

It is better to conquer the battles yourself. It will not be easy. Then the victory in the end is yours. It cannot be taken from you because above all you lived and fought these demons for a long time.

Once you conquer them one by one you will in the end be free from the demons that have held you captive. You will then be able to live in freedom and know you can have a fulfilled happy life to live because the demons they live no more.

Fields of Dragonflies.

Dragon Fly I ask, Why do you fly wild and free?. Dragon fly responds if you sit down just for a minute I'll explain why see lots of me. 

We all share a world wild and free, Helping each other as they see me. We fly up and down without making a sound.

Making sure our friends are safe to fly around. Our wings feel like feathers, Our colors so pure, The purple and yellow blend in so well. To hide us from danger whenever it's around.

Now when you see us gather and flying around. It means were peaceful not making a sound. So please don't trap me or put me on a board. Because then the Dragon Fly will exist no more.

"Freedom of Happiness".

What we decide to do with our lives everyday will always be a challenge. Today I choose to live life to the fullest. In the mornings when you wake up you have a choice to Be happy, feel sad, be angry, Maybe depressed and have negative thoughts throughout the day.

I think every person needs to know that to feel the freedom that comes from living you must be able to continue to make mistakes and choices. Today is a good day to choose to feel life, not to deny it but embrace it. 

Be yourself everyday and in the end you will love who you have become. Because only then can you smile and be content to live your life and know the,

"Freedom of Happiness".
