Who's to blame, Our justice system or the family's. Doesn't the victim deserve justice. 

I understand wanting to bury there Daughter, but when did ignorance set in and we started giving murders a choice to decide there sentencing on there terms.

Clay Waller agreed to tell authorities where he buried his wife in exchange for the 2nd degree murder sentence of 20 years. 

Jacque Waller’s family did not feel the 20 year sentence was long enough but they accepted it because the deal allowed them to find Jacque`s body.

Teasing over flatulence leads to death of a 16 yr old girl. On Oct-5-12

WARRENSVILLE HEIGHTS, OH Police say a 16-year-old girl is dead and another 16-year-old girl is in police custody. Officials say the girls were fighting around 8 p.m.Wednesday at 4769 Walford Road in Warrensville Heights.

According to witnesses the victim was teasing the suspect because she passed gas.One thing led to another and fisticuffs began flying. Witnesses also tell 19 Action News that several adults stood around and watched the whole thing go down, including the victim's stepfather. But by the time he intervened, it was too late.

Shaakira Dorsey collapsed once the fight was broken up. EMS rushed her to the hospital, where she died.The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner has not yet released her cause of death.

The teen suspect has been charged with one count of murder. Her name is not being released.
The Warrensville Heights School District released a statement saying:

"Warrensville Heights City School District is deeply saddened by the loss of a member of our student family, Shaakira Dorsey, who passed away on Wednesday evening. Shaakira was an eleventh grade student at the High School and a member of the Lady Tigers Softball Team. We will follow our established procedures for this type of crisis. The Grief Counseling Team will be available in the High School throughout the remainder of the week and next week as well. At this time, we are respecting her family's privacy and ask that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers. Details regarding arrangements will be shared at a later date."

Billy Green charged in Families Murder.

The man accused of murdering four family members in Randolph County has been found guilty by a jury.
Billy Green is charged in the deaths of Carl and Lisa Elliott and their two children in a drug deal that went bad.

Now where does it go from here.
A lot of people are not for the death penalty but in this case I believe the ways the children suffered it is the best choice.
They didn't get the chance at a life why should he.

According to Third Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney Henry Boyce, Chad Green was found guilty of 4 counts of capital murder and one count of kidnapping. The capital murder convictions carry life in prison without the possibility of parole.

It took the jury just over an hour to find Green guilty of the crimes.
His son plea bargained and testified against his father so he received a lesser sentence.

Chad Green was accused of murdering 30-year-old Carl Allen Elliot, 27-year-old Lisa Elliot, 8-year-old Felicia Elliot, and 6-year-old Gregory Elliot.

The 6-year-old Elliot was found dead in the family's Dalton home on the morning of July 30, 1998. Lisa was found dead on the porch of her father's nearby trailer. Carl's body was found in the Eleven Point River on August 1, 1998 and the bones of Felicia Elliot were discovered in a dry creek bed in Warm Springs on September 7, 2000.

In July 2003, Green and his father, Billy Dale Green were arrested on unrelated charges and then charged with the murders.

Billy Dale Green is currently serving life in prison on a drug charge and awaiting a retrial of the Elliot murders pending the outcome of his present appeal.
