Our Future, Our Family

Our Future, Our Family

To me this is about Family and our Future so i decided to Post it.

I believe in God, family.
The truth between people,
the power of strength and love.
That means no one gets left behind or forgotten.
Our family is the test of freedom,
because the family is the only thing
that is man made without limitations.
I say never under estimate the power of family.
Sometimes it may take just a small gathering
around a camp fire.
The stories we share
about old and new times are the stories we
can share with the next generation
to laugh and cry about.
This would be
a sad world without the Presents
of Family to share it with.
My life is complete with the Love and Laughter
i share with my family.
To me as a Mother, Wife, Grandmother,
In every conceivable manner,
the family is link to our past, bridge to our

Moments from Anna Bee: I Miss you to Much.

Moments from Anna Bee: I Miss you to Much.: "I Miss you to Much. She looks to the skies as if for an answer. Why am i lonely and where do i go. He was my life the smile on my face. ..."

I Miss you to Much.

I Miss you to Much.
She looks to the skies as if for an answer.
Why am i lonely and where do i go.
He was my life the smile on my face.
His touch in the morning made my heart race.
Our walks in the sands,
gently holding each others hands.

Now when i sit in your favorite chair all alone,
your presence i feel because your soul feels at home.
Hold me again i need to feel your touch.
My heart is so empty i loved you to much.
I still remember that brisk and cool day,
that day we met and you made my fears go away.
your perfect smile, your joyous laugh,
the way your eyes lit up when we talked about our past.

Now all i do is wander, in a house we called home.
Please tell me my darling what do i do,
and where do i go i feel so confused and alone.
I feel like a lonely spirit that just wants to Fly,
If only i knew that meant,
i could always stay by your side.

Moments from Anna Bee: Internal Thoughts

Internal Thoughts

This is not a Poem it is an expression on one's self.
So i hope you Like it.

I am just now learning that vulnerability is strength.
I am learning to speak and write boldly about the reality,
of living with depressive conditions.
Even when it’s hard and I don’t have it all figured out.
It’s the most terrifying thing I’ve ever done.
It feels like running naked across the front lawn.
Silence is never merely the cessation of words.
Rather it is the pause that holds me together indeed,
it makes sense of all the words, both spoken and unspoken.
Silence is the glue that connects our attitudes and our actions.
Silence is the fullness, not emptiness, it is not absence,
but the awareness of a presence.
Silence can be challenging sounds of traffic,
and to the congestion of people living close together.
Because there is a fear of entering into silence.
When we are used to living at a distance,
from our deep center caught up in the surface chatter,
dropping down into the silent can evoke fearfulness.
What might we discover when we pause,
long enough to really hear?
One will never know because we all may fall into depression,
but its the tools in ourself that we use to help us survive,
and try to make us understand ourselves.
