plans announcedFall cleanup in Hoxie will begin Tuesday and continue through Oct. 21. Items should be separated into metal, brush, wood and junk items and placed by the curb for pickup.

Items that cannot be picked up include tires, shingles, batteries, paint cans with liquid inside and hazardous chemical cans.

Pickup will begin on the northwest side of Midway Road and work southwest to the bypass, then cross over to the southeast side and work northwest to the Brewer addition. No return trips will be made.
